How much do you think it should cost to put spotlights in for a hallway stairs and landing?

I think we paid £70 per spotlight but that was in a new build, so probably overpriced, but equally less work because they were done at the time of the build maybe.

We have paid £450 for 7 spot lights. Is that ok??
