Anyone got lots of big mirrors in their house?

Dark house but with glorious wooded outlook. I'd like to put in a big convex mirror at the top of the stairs. And then big standard mirrors in the hall, living room and dining room.

My DH is thinking that's just too many mirrors....

I'm not sure about the convex mirror but the others sound great.

I’d be careful with the top of the stairs so people don’t give themselves a fright when walking up - I had a badly positioned mirror and it made me jump regularly.

In our house, we do have a few big mirrors eg in the entrance hall and the dining room. I don’t think it feels like mirrors everywhere as we also have a lot of artwork on walls and some other visually interesting things, eg rugs.
