Just that, I think I may (finally) have a buyer for my 2 bed flat, worried about almost nothing coming onto the market... perhaps I will be able to pick up a house where a chain has fallen apart?

All being well, my sale might complete in Jan so what are my own chances of buying anything before end March? Could I expect stamp duty deadline to be extended?

There's almost nothing coming on by us but some sales are collapsing and some are reducing so would keep looking. Could you sell and move into rental if can't find anything?

Re stamp duty being extended hard to know. Depends a bit of if there's a solution to covid by then I guess.

@KoalaRabbit - I could, but want to port my mortgage so would pay early redemption charges if I dint find anything and move to rented...it’s got me nervous about being homeless I have to say!
