Help me reconfigure this space

My extension is going to add 4ft on two sides of my upper floor as shown in the picture. Please help me reconfigure this space!

I'd like to include a small WC, and/or a balcony if possible, although the latter might be pushing it.

The smaller bedroom really needs extra space but the larger one is okay-ish as it is.

The only thing really that needs to stay where it is is the base of the stairs.

Would something like that work? Or did you want the toilet accessible from the hallway? I assume your garden is behind bedroom 1.

That looks good! I think the toilet would be accessible from the stairway in this plan?
