Do EAs keep listings online? Is it common?

I am looking for a property in Ealing area and I have noticed particularly one agent does this all the time: Sargeants.
Although the property is under offer they will never bother to indicate this on the ad, so that once you call them they try to take your details for other properties.

Here is a sample one: www.zoopla.co.uk/for-sale/details/52803202?search_identifier=e65700e2046bcde08304bc643651c105
I have seen them doing this for multiple properties, so this is not an exception. First listed in September 2019, last reduced on January 2020 and it's still "under offer" but the ad is online.

Please EAs, do not do this. As a buyer (and someone who was recently gazumped) I will think twice when I like a property that you list because I won't trust you to remove it from RM or Zoopla if my offer was accepted.

Has anyone else seen this practice? Is this something common?
