Apart from putting up a scaffold is there another way?

Cherry picker service or one of those companies that uses a vac?

I’ve got a company that use a vac booked, I’ll report back once they have been vacuumed, let you know how it goes.

Just book a gutter cleaning company that has a vac, they operate it from the ground. Its like a long stainless steel pole that has a sharp angle that goes into the gutter, it is attached to a barrel-like sucking machine. They will just need to plug it into your electricity. We have 3 floors and it is not an issue.
