Hi everyone, we are considering moving to Watford and am looking for your inputs and thoughts on the area. Our budget is max 750k for a decent size 3 bedroom house with a garden. We have a young child so having a good primary school is a must. Also, good connection to kings cross/Warren Street station.
Watford seems to be checking all our needs. Have heard good things about nascot wood primary school and cassiobury school but only online. We don't know anyone there.
What are your thoughts? Is it a good area? Will be happy to hear the good, the bad and the ugly.
