The property information form and fixtures and fittings form for the property were are buying? We are nearly 8 weeks in and still haven’t had these? Is that normal? We have our mortgage offer and searches etc were ordered 2 weeks ago..... should I be chasing for this?

I've just filled out the forms for our sale - they're the first thing our solicitor sent us, along with their letter of instruction, so by 8 weeks in I would expect to have seen them (though I've just realised I haven't seen them for the house we're buying, and we're 8 weeks in on that!)

Sorry, that's not very helpful!

For 4 purchases, I've always had them within a week of having our offer accepted.

We do have an amazing solicitor, he pushes for these ASAP after we instruct him as he likes to check we're happy with the content before sending for searches.

My solicitor presents all documents together - searches and info packs and so on. However I also fill out a property information form for the estate agent as soon as a property goes on the market.
Ask your solicitor as they may well already have them but are waiting for everything together, but there's no reason you can't have them now. If they don't, they need to chase the seller.
