We received our home buyers survey today, we are FTB's and a little unsure of what happens next....
Do we share it with our solicitor? Do we share it with the estate agent?
It turned up a couple of red / condition 3's, ie needs immediate action so do we get the estate agent to talk to the sellers about the issues that have been raised and see what their thoughts are on it?
Any advice is most welcomed.... thank you!
