Are there any plumbers or heating engineers here?
We had a Triton electric shower fitted last week and I’m not sure if there’s something wrong with it or not?
There are 3 heat setting buttons on the shower plus an adjuster heat knob in the middle. The first heat setting is cold, the third is scalding (even when the knob is turned down to the minimum) and the middle setting is ok heat wise, but seems to have a far less powerful water stream than the third setting and also the stream noticeably pulses!
Why is that? The third setting is amazing-the stream is strong and lovely, but the water is just too hot to stand under-it’s bizarre!
Is there anything we can do?
