The new house I was pitching was sold, however, another house exactly the same build but back garden smaller. Was offered.

Should I pay the same price, would you pay same price.

What’s the difference infarden size?

How much smaller. If only very slightly I would expect either a small discount or more likely free upgrades thrown in. If a lot smaller then a bigger discount.
