DIY Shutters

I really want shutters in our downstairs front rooms. I have been looking at a company online called DIY Shutters, anyone have any experience of them? Is it as easy as they say?

I have DIY Shutters on all my downstairs windows. I absolutely LOVE them BUT we seriously underestimated how difficult they would be to fit and ended up paying a handyman to fit them.

So the product is good but I'd only recommend them if you're VERY good at DIY. Also they took a very long time to come, and you really have to double and triple check your measurements.

Thanks DoneAdulting, that's very helpful. We are getting so other work done so I was actually thinking about getting my joiner to fit them (if he will) so that sounds like it might be a good idea. Thanks
