Steam oven

The house we are buying has a conventional oven, a microwave combi thing and a steam oven. Anyone know what a steam oven is for or ever cooked in one?

We have one (inherited like you). We use it for rice, chicken, veg, all sorts of things. Could live without it but it's nice

We had one and they are really good for chicken etc but would I be fussed again... nope nothing a conventional oven can’t do. Plus they need a lot of maintaining and cleaning!

They break easily too. I’m not a fan.

Thanks all. Where do I find recipes about what I can use this new contraption for - don’t want it to just sit there unused.
