Hi wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction. Having looked at local council and planning portal I can't seem to find what I'm looking for.
Basically we purchased a strip of land next to our house which came with an old garage. We would like to extend the garage to put in an office.
We can't seem to figure out whether the land itself will come with permitted development rights or whether it would be subject to planning as it has its own title with land registry.
