How many viewings / second viewings are you getting?

Just wondered how many viewings / second viewings people are getting if recently gone on market - fine to add not recently to or under offer.

We are selling in zone 5 London borders and 7 viewings in 2 weeks and 1 second viewing due. EA never updates us so we have to chase for updates. On at £650k, Victorian house in very good condition with small garden, close to tube and forest and good schools. First week when 4 viewers came and rejected 3 due to garden the garden was the one thing we'ld left half done. Did a lot on it at the weekend and 3 viewers this week, 1 rejected due to garden, 1 will second view and 1 to hear.

We went on the market on the 7th September. Zone 4, near the tube and good schools. We're a four bed semi. We had about 18 viewings that Friday/Saturday and five offers on Monday. (3 above asking). Estate agent is brilliant and has been regularly updating us (and they made a lot of calls to people on their list rather than rely on right move etc).

An investment flat went under offer to first viewer after one viewing. My detached house has just had a viewing and it's not on the open market yet (was approached by agent) They are coming back next week, but it will go on the open market next week if they don't offer. Another flat has had three viewings but rejected due to stairs (first floor flat) and can't remember other reason. It went live last week.

I think the housing market has slowed right down, judging on the lack of houses on/coming onto rightmove in the area I'm looking.
I guess because the stamp duty holiday deadline is fairly close; and people don't want to risk not getting exchanged before then, plus the impact of this round of Covid/lockdown, but more importantly the impact of Brexit on the economy.

I would love to move and I know of a few people looking to move, but it seems confidence has gone and people are hankering down to see what 2021 has in store.

Watching with interest.
We aren't even on the market and have had 12 viewings in 2 days.
We will see if anything comes of those but we hit the market in the coming weeks most likely.
