After a second viewing, when is offer made?

Our house had 2 second viewings on Tuesday. EA said they went well . . . but no word from potential purchasers since. I’m so impatient, staring at this phone, willing it to ring!

Some people will offer immediately and others will need to figure out their finances or have other places to see etc

If you haven't heard anything by the end of friday I would say it's probably a no go. You never know though, they may just be getting their finance in order. Have you had any feedback?

Not really feedback, EA just said one of the couples wanted to know about the attic - she said she’d contact them and tell them my answer. She said they both went well, similar to first viewings and she’d be surprised if neither made an offer.

Some buyers go to see two or three house second viewing and then make offer on one. Don't worry nobody would want a second viewing unless a good house. You have had two second viewings someone will come along soon and snap it up.
