Good kitchen and bathroom showrooms in the North West

I'm in need of kitchen and bathroom inspiration and would like some recommendations of large modern showrooms in the northwest. I've looked at my local ones (Wigan) and have a reasonable idea of what I want but would am keen to visit a couple of big showrooms with lots on display, perhaps in the Manchester area, that are worth a trip a little further afield.

Any recommendations?

They dont do bathrooms but DIY Kitchens showroom in Pontefract Yorkshire is within travelling distance to you they have mini kitchens on display i have one of their kitchens and very happy with it, you have to do the design yourself and get your own fitter but save money doing that

Actually I have an appointment booked with DIY Kitchens on Saturday but I am planning to cancel it as I have realised they don't do the true handle-less style that I have my heart set on, which is a shame as I was more or less certain I was getting one from them. I am still planning on going the direct route with another company, perhaps unitsonline, and have paid someone separately for a design which I'll use. I'd heard the DIY Kitchens showroom was a good one so I'm a bit gutted really so now I need other options!
