How long did it take after mortgage appointment before you got your mortgage offer? We had a mortgage on the same property approved last year but purchase stalled when the vendors onward purchase fell through and it's taken them an age for them to find somewhere else. (It's our dream forever home so we were happy to wait). I'm hoping that the fact we've been through application and valuation before might help to speed it up. Or am I clutching at straws?
