So l know the home report is divided up into different categories which then have ratings of 1, 2 or 3.
I am finding that I'll like the look of a place but then don't find it worth viewing. Should I be looking for more or less all 1s and if some 2s are ok, which categories would they be in?
Recent example is rainwater fittings a 2 due to moss growing on roof and a 2 due to condensation in windows. Cracks in plastering, that kind of thing.
