What would you offer?

Looking at a property tomorrow, it's been on for a while and has recently been reduced to 'OIEO 635k'. What would be a sensible offer if we like it?

So offers in excess of?

I'd start with £635 if I loved it. Are you proceedable?

Firstly look at the house also look if any are listed in the same area. Research the area and house sales before you offer.

You need to do your research. What have similar houses in the street / local area sold for recently? Are they in similar decorative order? Similar gardens etc?

See if you like it first.

You’ll also see how it compares to other houses you have viewed. You’ll know how much it’s worth to you: 600, 635 or 650 etc.
