Plumber in WC1

Please could somebody recommend a reliable plumber/boiler repairer in London WC1.

Some do both trades but is it plumbing or boiler repair?

It's a boiler repair. We had someone come round who said he could fix it, needed a new element, fixed price over £800. He then said element had blown, not his fault as boiler old, we should pay £3,500 for a new boiler, as well as the money already paid, hasn't even given us a receipt, so keen to have a recommendation.
