we went with DIY kitchens four weeks delivery in between ordering and delivery we got all the horrid jobs micro managed ie old kitchen out plastering electrics 1st and second fix painting the walls and installation

Thanks all. I’ll think along the lines of 3 months and hope that it’s quicker then. Might get them to come and measure up and start the plans before we exchange....

Howdens - took a few days.
They are the best as do it through trade only so your builder can get stuff at a good rate

Don't pay any deposit until you have exchanged and completed. It's not a definite purchase until you've completed and times are very strange.

Wickes three months. But if we'd just wanted the kitchen parts then it would have been a couple of weeks. We used their fitter so it took longer.
