Has anyone got experience with EasyBathrooms, good or bad? Looking at two sets of bathrooms units and they will be the second supplier I'm getting quotes from . First supplier was local, independent and on the expensive side.

I came on MN to see if there were any reviews & only your post came up in the search!

Thinking of using them for our bathroom and ensuite. Trust Pilot reviews a good (4.1/5), but I was looking for some other experiences.

@AnythingConsidered did you use them in the end?? I'm thinking of using them also and not sure whether to!

Just used them. It was our plumber’s first experience, but with the exception of one small issue, he was impressed. Finished bathroom looks fantastic and the quality of the sanitary ware is way above anything we saw at equivalent price.

They gave 20% discount on brochure price without even being asked.

Far far too expensive for the the product they sell. You can get cheaper alternatives from online retailers.

@sst1234 I did think soo and managed to find cheaper alternatives to most of the products they sell but we did buy a few unique items from them! Haven't been delivered as yet so anxiously waiting ! Thank you

The 20% off is a false gesture! They offer 20% off just to get you to spend with them... they upmarket the costs by 20% meaning they can offer you this. It's a scam, trust me...

Be Warned about Easy Bathrooms, Their items are generally overpriced and poor quality, they do not refund when things go wrong and their customer service is abysmal.

We had several items from them Last year and one of the wash basins developed a crack after a few months. Easy bathrooms would not replace and said that we must have dropped it. When I explained to them that it could not have been dropped as it was firmly fitted in place for several months they basically accused me of lying to them.

Please do not use Easy bathroom at any cost! My delivery was delayed but no communication at all. Until I called asking where my order was. They also only deliver on Tuesdays and Fridays but keep it a big secret. My delivery was delayed by over 3 days with no notification. Harlow branch asked me to get in touch with Customer services who never responded when I said I wanted to place a complaint. No one seems to care when things go wrong. My builder (only got a builder because their chosen surveyor did not come to do a survey fit for over 3 weeks) lost over 3 days thanks to them. Their communication is non existent. Their measurers came to measure before we bought materials and I was left with over 7 bags of adhesive (20kgs each) extra. When I asked to return this additional material (due to their measurer's lack of measuring skills) they refused to take it back. Stay clear at all costs! They are very pricey for the unreliable, non responsive and do not give a damn attitude! Use tile mountain who are far far more reliable. I had some issues and Tile Mountain were so responsive and helped to solve my issues.

Has anyone had problems with Marble surround sink? My one is 2.5 years old and the top layer by the taps is coming off. Also it stains really easy.
My toilet seat also had problems with cracking . Had to pay someone to replace it twice.
Plumber said he had sorted this problem for customers before.
