Outstanding snagging when selling

Has anyone sold a new build house after a couple of years that still had snagging not fixed by the builder?

I just need to know if when selling, you have to declare the outstanding defects on the selling forms?

I guess it depends on what type of snagging? Fixing a boundary/leak/ongoing problem would be massively different to say regrouting a tile over the sink or dropping the door level on the w/c.

Plus new builds by certain builders have extended their 2 year warranty by 3-6 months so that's worth keeping in mind to tell potential buyers if it applies.

It’s nothing structural but poor internal woodwork and door frames, stair parts and front door. Also a bathroom floor that’s not level.

The builder has said they’ll fix it, just haven’t yet.
