Help! Anyone experienced out there with Auction Properties?

Desperately trying to find ANYONE who has bought a property at auction with finance.

We have advice for a bridging loan and then a mortgage however has anyone done it!? Feels achievable!

Auctions very a lot. Some have pretty high hidden fees. Read the auction pack in depth. Have a lender lined up for your bridging loan - they’re not the easiest to get right now, by all accounts...

That’s all I know, really! We didn’t go through with ours in the end.
