Mortgage after survey

People who have had a mortgage offer recently.... how long after the valuation survey did you get an offer? Just curious. (and impatient!)

Not very long, only a couple of days. Hope you arent waiting too long!

Wow! That is quick. I was expecting it to drag on for weeks.

about 8 weeks here but more to do with incompetence on the brokers side...

We were about 10 days, but our survey was done very quickly (2 days after the application went in)
