Which appliances

Neff or Siemens? I know they are from essentially the same place but they do have differences. Swaying towards Siemens as the oven has built in microwave function without the need of additional combi. Neff has Hide and Slide. Thanks

Siemens is the more premium brand.

I mostly get Bosch appliances, but got a couple of Siemens some time ago for a refit, because they looked a bit posher.

But with experience, I think they are less durable than Bosch. I suspect that being made in smaller numbers, any weaknesses may take longer to become apparent and engineering changes applied. A bit like Toyota cars and light trucks.

I sometimes hear people grumble that Neff aren't worth the extra cost, but don't know.
