I'm considering buying a new built property in Purley as there are a couple of new developments out there. There are some we found on Purley rise road, Grasmere road and Russell Green Close. I have never been or lived in the area and so will be completely new. Can anyone tell any views / reviews about these areas in Purley and generally about Purley in terms of safety in day & night times, traffic situation, shopping and schools?
