Land Registry docs - help!

I've had to download our title register to show our estate agents, and it doesn't show that we own the house. There's no record of our sale (3 years ago) - as far as the Land Registry are concerned it still belongs to the previous owners (who are dead...)

I've contacted the solicitor who handled it all, but it's a Sunday and she was rubbish at communication in the first place, so I'm panicking... has anyone else had this issue? Any ideas?

Your solicitors have probably forgotten to register. Don't panic - they will have to fix it for you (and for free). Write to the managing or senior partner if you're getting no response.
