Paint colour help

I have bought this wallpaper to go either side of the chimney breast in our living room. The base colour is a pale blue (Wedgwood/Linen). I'm rubbish at picking out toning paint colours, so does anyone have any ideas as I really don't know where to start? I was wondering about a muted pale blue/grey like Dulux's quintessential blue

what i would do is go down to B& Q and pick up some of their sample cards and look at them against your wallpaper at home and that will give you an idea of what sort of colour you want to look for

I do that, but just don't have the vision for what would look good. As a consequence my house is a collection or rooms that look fine, but not great (I often resort to slapping up some Timeless because it feels like I can't go wrong with that!)

I would try to find a paint that matches the light cream colour in the wallpaper.

Or maybe something more neutral like "skimming stone /Hardwick White / whimborne White?"
