Honestly so fed up with house hunting now. We viewed a beautiful house on Saturday, offered on it on Tuesday morning and they accepted our third offer. Got a phone call from the estate agent today to say they’ve decided to take it off the market.

Honestly why are people such time wasters?

Did they say why they were withdrawing it from the market? We’re they simply testing the market and planned to sell to someone they know?

Do you think it would be a reasonable idea to post a note through their door to see if they are still considering selling in the future?

I just can’t stop thinking about this house?

They may well have had their eye on something and it went or had a change in personal circumstances.

I’m not sure the estate agent said they could not discuss it with us

Just to add it was only on the market for a total of 4 days, we were first to view and offer on it!

Yeh pop a note in, the can only ignore it!
