[I am a regular but name changed recently]

There have been a few threads about house prices. Just saw this article and it indicates that House prices at all-time high, says Nationwide.

I imagine the stamp duty holiday has helped with that.

The market has been very slow here since 2017 and even the lettings
market suffered from the Brexit effect.
Pent up demand and houses (gardens) at the higher end (not flats) doing well as SD will be a big saving for them. But still stuff reduced or not sold.
Lettings market has taken off. Flats that did not shift for weeks let within days.
