Moving furniture for the survey?

Our buyer is having a Home Buyer’s report survey done on our property next week. This is our first time selling a property and we wondered if people usually move furniture away from the walls so that the surveyor can inspect the walls?

No I didn't move anything when a survey was done - the surveyor did chat to me about the property but otherwise just looked round.
