New roof and felt for sheds

I need to find someone to replace the roofs on my 2 sheds. It's not just the felt that needs to be replaced (they blew off in some windy weather earlier this year) but also the roofs underneath which are rotten. Not sure what the roofs are made of, looks like chipboard to me.

Can you tell me what sort of trades person I would need to get in to do both the felt and the roofs? Thanks.

General handyman should be able to do it tbh. DH has done ours in the past & also recently did DM’s.
DH isn’t a tradesman so a competent handyman should have no bother.
