We are currently purchasing the house of our dreams by we are really worried that it may have been underpinned/ suffered from previous subsidence. The vendors have said not but they have only lived there for 10 years... so it might have had it before.
I was wondering if any conveyancing solicitors know of a database where this sort of information would have been recorded to check? Nothing has come up on in building regs... not sure our solicitor really knows where to look!
