4 bedroom, New Malden house, anything else I need to add?

Our house was listed for sale this week with a local agent who also added it to Zoopla and Rightmove.

I also took my own photos of the house and created my own website to link to Zoopla, just to show some different images.

I haven't included any images of the height restricted bedroom 5 as we currently use this as a dressing room even though the previous occupants used it as a child's bedroom.

Am I missing anything on my page? Should I include any info. on schools like inner catchment info. for the Kingston Tiffin grammars and other popular primary and secondary schools?

Schools might be good one to include as I imagine it’ll be mostly families viewing. Having said that, I imagine that you’ll probably sell easily as the market is very buoyant in outer London and you’re in an area popular with people upsizing from the more expensive parts of SW London.

Thanks @JoJoSM2 that's helpful, I've now added info about Kingston schools and also travel time to Waterloo - just in case the majority of people ever start commuting into Central London again...
