Size and power look good but I don't know that model. I see it is a ceiling fit without a cowl/hood and I'm not convinced that is an efficient style for odours and fat fumes (though it works for steam/water vapour which stratifies upwards against the ceiling)

Really??? I dont really want a hood. I don't like the idea of having a hood hanging down my head while cooking and not keen on having to keep on cleaning the outside of hood 😞

But if the hood is the only good option which one would you suggest please. This is going to be my dream kitchen and I don't want to make the wrong decisions. Need help to understand. Those sale people sometimes just push to sell products where the bonuses are. Sorry bad English (I'm Spanish)

Will it be against a wall, or in the middle of the room over an island?
Is it an external wall?

Are you thinking of getting new kitchen units? (cabinets)

You see the island in the middle, above will be the extractor. Opposite of the island will be the TV lounge.

Forgot to say it's open plan kitchen

not trying to be awkward, but I'm not keen on trying to ventilate an open-plan house especially when the hob is on an island.

In commercial kitchens, I've seen it done using a large metal hood that comes down from the ceiling to try and catch the fumes before they can blow around the house.

You might not like that.

I am going to have another look at the hood that comes down. I think you are right. Thank you for your help 🙏
