We had an offer accepted on a house 4 weeks ago. The vendors still haven’t found anywhere to move to - so chain is not complete on that end.
How long would you/ did you wait , is there any way to move them along and speed up the process? We don’t want to lose our buyers , but we actually love the house so don’t want to pull out too early either!
We can’t break the chain ourselves as we need to port our mortgage.
