Temple Hill

Hi all,

I am currently looking for a house (First Time Buyers) and have come across a house in Temple Hill. I have two young children (3,11) and have been told to not touch this area with a bargepole. I have no point of reference as I have not grown up around the area but wanted an honest opinion from others who have!

I think Temple Hill is a little rough around the edges, although before I go further, I'm assuming this is Temple Hill in Dartford?

You can use that to compare areas. When you went for a viewing, didn’t it look run down a lot?

Police.uk has official stats re crime.

It's a bit rough. Look around there are lots of other better areas in the dartford area. Also check out the residents page for dartford on fb. (Although be mindful that these tend to only report the negative stuff!)
