Help!

I cant decide whether to move house or not.

We have a lovely 3 storey house in a nice area the only things I'm not keen on is the garden and the kerb appeal. The inside of the house is beautiful but from outside it's nothing special.

I keep looking at detached but we would need to increase our mortgage by about 150k and wouldn't really gain any more space inside (just a detached and better garden)

So I cant decide do I stay or go?

There’s a lot that can be done about kerb appeal. Do you really want a bigger garden? If you do, then it’s worth considering but I wouldn’t for kerb appeal.

For the moving costs (stamp duty/solicitor/estate agent etc. ) you could get a really nice garden revamp and house makeover

If you are happy with the space and decor inside I wouldn't be moving just because it doesn't look special from the outside. There are very few special or unique looking houses (hence that makes them special and unique). Surely you spend 99% of your time enjoying the inside if your house than looking at the outside?

Garden size however I do understand!
