Don't know where to rant so here it goes. We've done all our very best and got everything ready to exchange but seller's solicitor has been awful from the start, every enquiry took weeks for responses which were never complete. Now at the very last minute our solicitor is still having to chase for building reg completion certificate which was raised at the very beginning and kept being chased throughout the process but seller's solicitor "just" realised that there were none and vendor is now going through their paperwork. We asked that if there were none then an indemnity policy would suffice, still seller's solicitor not responding!!!
Just at our wit's end...Their website has rosy reviews!! How do these people still stay in business???
