EPC and EICR, how much?

Our tenants are renewing in November and I am told I will need these certificates.

The EICR is straightforward, but how much typically would be the cost of the EPC? Do I need to shop around or are charges fairly standard. What sort of companies offer these?

The property is a two bed flat, first floor.

Just heard from agents, we have valid certificates in place.
Can’t think why they didn’t check that before sending me loads of stuff about the legal position etc.

For reference, small companies will do EPC for under 50 quid. EICR depends on number of circuits but likely to be nearer 200, now it has to be done by accredited people with a lot more detail involved.

Thank you Jackparlabane. Yes I was expecting the EICR to be that sort of price but am pleasantly surprised about the EPC.

My EPC Is currently still valid from when I bought the house. Have been quoted £150-£175 for EIRC.
