Estate Agent fees?

Hi
We consider to sell our house in London soon.
Could I please ask what percentage you paid your estate agents recently?
And how did you managed to negotiate their fee?
I've been quoted between less than 1%+VAT to 1.65%+VAT, made me confused.

We paid 0.75% plus VAT on the basis we did all the viewings ourselves. If we had the agents doing viewings they wanted 1.5%.

Round here is 0.9% incl vat but plus showings fee or 1% incl vat and viewings.
Online alot cheaper but the houses round here have never sold and always been relisted with high St agents.
Not in London - about 1.5 hours out.

We paid 0.75% plus VAT in South London. Viewings all conducted by the agent.

We are currently selling. Agent is doing all viewings and we’ve agreed 0.6% + VAT.

Our house is going on the market tomorrow and we agreed 1% including VAT plus £180 for photos and marketing. We will do viewings. Not in London though so house prices much lower
