Anyone managed to acquire land adjoining a property after fencing it off and how easy was it?
I'm looking at a parcel of land, has been inside the physical property boundary for around 10 years. Was council land. So far not disputed.
Had anyone had the Land Registry reject an application to join land, similar to this? If yes were you given reasons for the rejection?
