Selling house over August bank holiday

We've got an estate agent, photos being taken tomorrow. Is is better to go on the market next week, or wait until the week after? Normally selling over a bank holiday wouldn't be ideal, but do you think more people are at home this year? We've already missed out on a perfect house this Week as ours hasn't sold yet, but should we be patient for one more week?

I go on as quickly as pidgin is so that people can find your house on line over the bank holiday weekend and arrange viewings afterwards.

I think zoopla, rightmove etc have a few days lead time too so better to get moving.

I'd go on before. a lot of people will be around this year and prob easier to view over the bank holiday

We're doing the same OP. Photos were taken yesterday, we expect to be online in next day or two, with agents planning to hold viewings over the holiday weekend. We wondered if things had slowed, but are being told that although some people are away, the market is still "hot" so we shouldn't delay. Good luck!
