We are looking to sell our current home as have found our forever house. Our neighbouring house (attached) is a supported living home with 4 set residents and staff throughout the day. There’s no planning on it so don’t think it would come up on a search. Do we have to declare this on the SPIF? I’ve had mixed opinions from estate agents. No formal issues though I have had to informal contact the company twice in the year they have been here, issue resolved immediately.
