Withdrawn our offer

This morning we withdrew our offer on a house that we both both really liked. The house itself was perfect for us but it didn’t have a garden (you may have seen my previous post).

Why do I suddenly feel so disappointed? There is nothing else on the market at present in the areas that we like (keep checking on right move) and I just feel will we ever find anything that fits the bill.

I feel similarly. I am so downhearted because there is nothing decent where I am looking. I feel truly stressed out by the whole thing but I refuse to make such a huge purchase out of panic and buy anything that comes up.

We put in an offer on a property we really, really like but up to this time we have not heard from the vendor. The vendor is apparently old school without a phone and has to speak to someone else to discuss the offer. If they were interested they would have contacted the Estate Agent. I think the Estate Agent might think we are harassing them. We’ve called a couple of times plus an email in the last 5 days.

@Lifeandjoy that sounds stressful. In fact this whole house Selling/buying malarkey is stressful but it needs to be right doesn’t it?!

We have a viewing tomorrow night on another property that has just been reduced and was previously not in our budget.

I feel things have slowed down in our area the last couple of weeks in terms of what is coming onto the market
