Contacting property owner/useless letting agent

Not sure if there is a way around this but I've seen a property i would like to view, with a view to renting, on rightmove.

Has been listed for 8 months, but I cant get hold of the letting agent. Reviews for the agent online are terrible too, and if a prospective tenant can't book a viewing I don't hold out much hope for a good response if something goes wrong.

I would walk away but it is in the perfect location and ticks all the other boxes. Any suggestions as to how might contact the landlord directly? Or other options?

Have you spoken to any of the neighbours? They may know the owner.

Does the letting agency have an actual office you could go to?

Its 2 apartments in 1 building, both empty

The agents look to be in a Regus typeset up in industrial park (I really have no confidence in them) but thanks for the suggestion.

I've tried to see if there was a previous listing to see if another agent mumight gave contact details but can't find anything.
