Rough price for kitchen extension

I’m hoping to make an offer on a small two bed mid terrace. Has a long narrow kitchen along back of the house with an okay sized garden. Would like to knock out the back kitchen wall and extend out into garden to have a kitchen diner with small sitting area. Whole area probably be about 25m2. Has anyone done anything similar and how much did it cost? I’ll need a new kitchen too as the one in is awful.

Will go for skylights and bifolding doors too...

I paid £60k, a bit bigger than yours but 4 years ago, not bi folds, 2 skylights. Kitchen was off the shelf but high end real wood.

I paid £80k in London for a side return which included absolutely everything such as the cost of the build, electrics, plumbing, painting, tiles and tiling, kitchen units and fitting, range cooker, worktop, bifold and 3x skylights including one skylight that opens with a remote which is great on warm but not hot days
