Squeaky floorboard on concrete

How to solve it once and for all.
A few have been screwed down to concrete but still squeaky in other area.
What to do?
Just to make note the concrete flooring was not perfect even.
Originally was lino flooring by previous owner.
In hindsight now I know why should have cop on to that and just swap for better quality and prettier lino.
It was sooo quite.

When we were having issues with ours, our carpet fitter suggested puffing talcum powder between the gap or using foam filler

Yes talcum powder worked for me, and the room smelt nice for days!

Interesting do I just dust the talcum into the lines where the edges is sticking up?

I just walked about and put talcum powered between the gaps wherever it squeaked. Of course I may have been talcuming a mouse but I don't think do. Wink
